Before you apply on our forums it would be best to read the guild rules under the Rules and Info section of the forum.
Once done, please feel free to Copy and Paste the below application form into a new thread in this section of the forum.
The title of the thread should be in the following format: NAME – CLASS – LEVEL.
Just to make our job a little easier, please keep your application neat and tidy

- IRL Name (Not mandatory, however most of our guild does go by a first name basis)


- Your Professions (Include rare items that you are able to craft)


- Previous Characters (Class, Level and Server)


- List previous Guilds and the reason why you left


- List your End-Game Experience (Both Pre-TBC and TBC)


- Why do you want to join Fusion?


- Would you be willing to respecc if asked?


- What is your estimated average weekly playtime?


- Are you able to spend 4+ hours on raiding?


- Do you have Ventrilo installed and working and do you have a microphone?


- Do you know anyone in our guild who could recommend you?


- Which Instances are you Attuned to? and which Heroic Keys do you have?
